  1. Refund Policy
    We only provide refunds for items that are received broken or damaged upon delivery.

  2. Refund Request Process
    To request a refund, please email us at info.humblebazaar@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide proof of the damaged item, such as photos showing the condition upon arrival.

  3. Return Shipping
    In some cases, we may request that you return the broken item to us. In such instances, Humble Store will cover the return shipping costs.

  4. No Refunds for Non-Damaged Goods
    Please note that refunds are not applicable for items that are received in good condition or for reasons unrelated to shipping damage.

  5. Processing Time
    Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
