Refund Policy
We only provide refunds for items that are received broken or damaged upon delivery. -
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please email us at info.humblebazaar@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide proof of the damaged item, such as photos showing the condition upon arrival. -
Return Shipping
In some cases, we may request that you return the broken item to us. In such instances, Humble Store will cover the return shipping costs. -
No Refunds for Non-Damaged Goods
Please note that refunds are not applicable for items that are received in good condition or for reasons unrelated to shipping damage. -
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
